Want to get snake bites, how to convince my parents?

Hi, im 16 and I want to get snake bites (for anyone who doesnt know its just two lower lip piercings, im not biting myself with a snake) but my mom is kinda a hardcore conservative seeming lady..I bumped my grades up this year to over a 4.0 gpa sofar...

and I am taking all higherlevel or college courses, so im hoping this might help.
But, what im asking is, how do I go about easing my mom into the idea of them and then asking her.

Please respond, expecially if you have had to do this before.

I got my eyebrow pierced and I basically just asked my mom, I thought she was that type but she said yes because my friends had piercings

My friend got her tounge pierced and didn't tell her mom then she told her it would get infected if she took it out, my cousin got her nose pierced than rang her mom up and asked her if she could get it done when it was already done

if you really think she wouldn't like them then just do random things for her, help her out more, tell her things she wants to hear maybe that'll help

I think you should do a lot of research about piercing, let her know that you really want the.Make a deal whit her that if she lets you do them you would do something in return.

ask her that if you can keep your grades up if you can have them
you can tell her that the minute they start to drop, you will take them out or something, and try to show her how responsible you are:D
