well the first time was obviously easy, but now since it has already healed up I'm assuming theres going to be scare tissue, so it'll probably just be harder in that area and it's possible it could hurt more than the first time.

If you want it re-pierced, go to a professional. It shouldn't get infected as long as it's healed up all the way, you get in done professionally and then take care of it how your supposed to. Don't EVER do ANY piercing yourself. That's just stupid and is asking for problems.
