Pictures won't upload

I tried uploading some pictures and it won't work, instead of a pic coming up this comes up "config/".
Does any one know what's going on??

I asked this same question and one said the pics might be too nig, but I know that isn the case, I dont know mine wont upload either, mine shows the same thing
