how do you get pictures on here? like it says 'ask for my pic'

Once you're signed in, click on the top left where it says "MY PHOTOS" (it will probably say "upload a photo" in red.

Then you'll see a form with a browse button. Click "browse", and find the picture you want to upload from your computer. CLick upload, and that's it.

I just wanted to add to what editor said...
Make sure its a .jpg, .gif or .png file and you have a caption or it wont work.
