Pictures from computer to verizon cell?

How do you send a picture from your comuter to your cellphone? With using verizon phone and hotmail e-mail.

if you have text you can send it to yourself in a message, or if you simply go to a radio shack or electronic store you can buy a usb cable that connects your phone to the computer, I would say thats easier.
