Can I send a picture from the computer to a friend's cell?

I have a pic on the computer and want to send it to my friends cell phone. Can I send it from my pc to her if all I have is her cell phone #.? I know it can be sent from phone to phone this way.

I'm not sure how you would send it from the computer to a phone, but if you have a cord that hooks your phone up to your computer I have a way. You just simply transfer the picture onto your phone, and then send them the picture through a picture text.

Send a picture or message from your phone to your email address. My wireless service provider is cricket so the email I get from my phone will have; my phone Fun mail me send a reply message to that email address and attach your photo to the email and send. You should get your picture within 5min. It works on my phone, so I hope it works on yours.

Just one thing... Make sure your phone has enough memory to store the photo. If the photo is too large you may have to shrink it before you attach it to the email...
