What are some picture collage ideas?

Hey everyone,

I work at a dog daycare and I was thinking for Christmas for my boss, I was thinking of making a huge picture collage with pictures of most of the dogs we take care of. I was thinking of taking each dog's picture separately because the dogs won't let me take pics of them playing, lol.

I need ideas of how to do it... like what to put it on, how to set it up, etc.
