Picered ear

Ok I just got my ear picered in my liveing room and I want to know what I can use to keep it from geting infectied we cleand the neadle and the earring and how long do I half to walt tell I can get another ear ring I want to get another one cuzz the one I have looks gay but I do not know how ling I half to wait

wait atleast 4 weeks, clean it with rubbing alocohol...turn it a couple times a day...if it starts to hurt or turn weird colours take it out immediatly becuase it mean an infection is starting (I periced my own and it started happening so I took it out before anything got serious) Did you burn the needle with a lighter? that also kills infections other cleaners dont (its more sanitary in the long wrong) your soppose to burn it then clean it then peirce it (I think) lol its what I always hear anyways. lol ok I use proxcide and I probley did not spell that right eather they told me not to use a lighter and my mom siad not to use rubbing alcohol it hurts like hell im not even sure if im going to keep it I just did it to show them I would they though I would make them stop lol
