Phosphoric acid, carbonation and more

Why do people drink soft drinks and carbonated drinks when they are so bad for you?
Coke, Pepsi and other drinks that contain phosphoric acid leach calcium from the bones leading to osteoporosis, osteomalasis, rickets and many other diseases. Coke and other carbonated drinks lead to diabetes, upset the calcium/phosphorous blood ratio, dissolve tooth enamel, acidifies the body, which means you must drink 32 glasses of water for every class of carbonated soda you intake to balance you PH level. Carbonated drinks such as Coke and Pepsi also destroy your kidneys, rot your teeth and dissolve you intestines, soft organs, and stomach lining with every drink. Soft drinks contain excessive amounts of sugar that also lead to obesity and diabetes. They contain High Fructose Corn Syrup which are actually artificial sweeteners that can make you sick. Soft drinks are like poison. They shouldn't be consumed no matter what!

Dear bbb,
Why do people eat, drink and do things that may not be good for them...because they can. Everything in moderation they say. I've been a soft drink, drinker for oh...maybe 45 years and I'm doing okay. A negative attitude and intolerance toward others will kill you long before that extra soda pop will.

Do you want a break down of all sorts of things that are bad for you and why they're bad for you? The list would never end... People drink alcohol and it is one of the most addictive drug there is, it also kills more people (I believe) than any other drug... People do lots of things that are bad for them, I dont think soda is the most critical on the list...

thay sud call them hard drinks not soft drinks. I can't drink them but I can drink beer. lol
