Usually During phone sex they jsut make erotic sounds like moans and fake an org**m its mostly for guys who like to mas*erba*e to the sounds but girls sometimes do it to fr the pleasure of it and it is kind of creepy if you ask me and its not a good thing to be listening to near your parents cause they might catch sight of woody.
