Phone bill

When someone calls you and you don't answer, does it still cost money on YOUR phone bill??

Depends on where you are and the rules of the contract.. a lot of cell phone companies in the states, if they call you it still takes away your minutes... so technically yes it is costing you money

lol, you're telling me! they give you a set amount of minutes (unless you pay for the unlimited which is a ridiculous amount of mony), which takes into account calls you make out AND calls you receive... and then once you're done with the minutes, they start charging you for making calls (the calls you recieve are free though)

I haven't ever been charged time for an UNANSWERED incoming call...checking the message they left will create a charge but as far as I know, the actual minutes don't count unless you've answered the call...
