Walking days before period and enough rest during period work for me.
Do exercise about a week before your period like walking every morning. It will "lessen" the pain that normally comes with the period for many women. But you may or you may not stop the exercise if you are having your period already. It depends upon what you are used to.
During your period, have enough rest like having ample sleep and don't tire yourself too much 'cause it will worsen the pain. Do something that entertains you but won't tire you much.
Well, im sure the doc got much more to advice.

Each month when my peroid comes around its quite heavy and im in a lot of pain .. but this month it has got worse im in soo much pain I felt dizzy and sick and each time I goto the toilet there a small clots of blood is this anything to worry about please help me x
