I rely on both web sites to know what to expect when visiting a store I have no previous personal experience with.
Happened to me too! LOL! Just get a straightening perm. It straightened my hair. As you can tell. BTW how long ago did you get the perm? If you just got it like yesterday or today then wash it with lots of shampoo it will help loosen it or take it out completley! OR at least it should. BUT try that! Hope that works!

I just recenty got a perm, I ask for a loose perm the owner gave me a tight perm it looks awful
