Are you saying that more blood comes out when you are on your period from the female part not the hiney?
When you push hard to have a poo when you are on your period, it is not uncommon to have a gush of blood from the female part. Now if it is bleeding from where the poo is coming from, you should see the dr.

no, if your constipated and bleed its nothing like your period
it will only last a short time
and the blood means that you probably have a small cut due to the pushing
its not like a period because that blood doesnt mean your hurt down there
you should bleed like a period
only a few small drops
but if you bleed a lot affter your done then you need to go to the doctor asap
