so you think I could be or I have just lost a baby I live about 55 kms from a hospital and the doc are all ways booked out what would thay do if I went to the hospital I have got three kids and know one to look after them my mum lives 6 hr drive from me any advice

Take your children w/you and go to the hospital if you think you might have lost a child. There is usually someone there to take charge while you see a doctor.
