Do you have to have cramps before a period? Who gets them only during your period?

Well sometimes you do get cramps before you start, during your period, and not so much after 4 me @ least...

Weell it's different for everyone, most people get them
when they before they are going to have their period

It depends girl to girl. There is no rule that says you have to have cramps at all. Some girls will never experience them. Other girls will be home sick because theyre so strong.

I get cramps for a week before and 3 days during my period it really sux but is the fact of nature!!! LOL
