Im On My Periods At The Moment And They're REALLY Heavy ! I Came Out Of The Shower And I Was Covered In Blood. It Was Awful... How Can I Make These Less Stressful?

omg girl I know how you feel...I donno what to tell you exp use super and keep changing...when I was in gr6 da same thing happened to me I was in the bath andthere was just blood...my mom rushed me to the hospital they said it natural and gave me tablets to help dry up some blood...good luck

trust me, helps sooo much when you use a tampon!
for me it was so much cleaner and easier.

if you were in shower and water was hot then you can take a bath anin like cold water and it temporarily sops it so then you can get clean w/o the mess

I don't know how old you are but you might want to consider going to the Doctor to dicuss these issues. There are a lot of things that can make heavy periods like that. but the first one I would consider, is how your hormones are. They might need to be controlled with the pill or something else that will help regulate that.
