No. Not unless you get pregnant and then you wouldn't start it for nine months. It isn't likely that you will get pregnant if you've never had a period before but you could be unlucky and have sex on your first ovulation, which would make it a very strong possibility to get pregnant. You shouldn't be having sex if you haven't started having your periods yet though, that's dangerous, you aren't developed yet. If you do, be protected, because eventually you will inevitably start your cycles and for the month before your first period (and it is completely unpredictable when this will happen) you could end up preggo.
