Has anyone been sexually active before starting their period?

Ok well I was wondering if you have been sexually active before you started your period... could that make you not ever start a period?

No. Not unless you get pregnant and then you wouldn't start it for nine months. It isn't likely that you will get pregnant if you've never had a period before but you could be unlucky and have sex on your first ovulation, which would make it a very strong possibility to get pregnant. You shouldn't be having sex if you haven't started having your periods yet though, that's dangerous, you aren't developed yet. If you do, be protected, because eventually you will inevitably start your cycles and for the month before your first period (and it is completely unpredictable when this will happen) you could end up preggo. Both of yal are wrong I learned in health class that you can stil get pregant before having a period becuase even if you haven't had your period yet you can get pergant becuase you are still are producing eggs and and a period is when you are releasing the egg. I hope this is helpfull

lillbeezy - you got it half right, you can get pregnant before your first period, but only if you ovulate (I.e. release an egg). Which is what the other two people said.
