Asked by whocaresanyway1 2 months ago, 2 answers.

so..I had one period and im 14 years old, it has been seven months since my only period.. so my period came later than it usually does on girls and im obviously very irregular..could it have somthing to do with hormones because I do have a lot of 'sexual desires' :P

your not that late...at least your not early, mine started when I was like 11 and im 13 now, it has more to do with your weight I think, like skinny girls dont usually have it til later I've discovered, like when there 15. you should try to control those desires because things can get messy if you dont.

Lol, uhm well your sexual desires aside, your period is entirely related to your hormones. I'm not entirely sure why you haven't had another one yet. Maybe something to mention to your doctor when you see him/her next. Alyssa is right, if you're underweight, or borderline underweight that could be affecting your period. I wouldn't worrry about it too much. When you first start getting them, periods are very irregular.
