Period pains, but no period

I am having period like pains on my abdominal area and horrible pains in my back and I literally had my period last week so I know I'm not pregnant...what is wrong with me?

your probably just tired or something because I use to be like that until I started having sex and now I might be pregnant so thats why I have them kind of pains now... but if you have any advise for me can you please tell me them

This has nothing to do with a period but it could be a Kidney stone.If it feels like the pains moving from your back to your lower left side stomach then its possible.You get these from not drinking enough water.If this sounds right it will eventually come out in your urine.And when you urinate does it sting

It doesn't necessarily mean your not pregnant... You should consult a doctor or physician in that case. I too have the same question almost.. I am having menstral cramps but NO period! I have been trying for a baby for quite a few months now but nothing so far. I dont know if maybe I'm over-reacting or just trying to make myself think I'm pregnant cause I want to be or not. lol But im going to the doctors soon, and you should too! =] Good luck!!
