Period help!!

please help me, I am having my period and I do not know what to do. I have heard about tampons,have some but do not know what to do or how to insert them.I tried it and it now hurts to use the restroom.

Don't try tampons just yet. Use pads instead - they're bulky and uncomfortable, but they don't hurt at least.

When you feel more comfortable, you can try tampons.

You might wanna consider pads

Pads can be really comfotable.

You can get scented ones, wings, and many other things.

Trust me, im 13 and my periods started roughly 1 year ago so I feel used to them.

Try pads first up sweetie. It took me a while before I could use tampons. They actually aren't that much better unless you're swimming.

I used what I thought was a small tampon had spent 3 hours trying to get it out at a hotel :[ I would say use pads but if you want to us a tampon you can comment me and I will tell you
