Who else gets bad cramps?

ok so I have my period today and I have some ways to help other girls
for me I get serious pains so bad ide rather be pregnant
so try these it helps
hot water bottle
tie a scarf around your belly or pillow
lie on your back with you knees to your shoulders
leave the caffeine alone
never leave your legs staright out ouchie!
warm showers
midols or whatever pain pills you use
thats what I use hope this helps
But im thinking about using the birth control pill my big sister which is 37 said it helped her... Cause I feel like rolling up into a tennis ball and dieing...

Spoon with your favorite guy! that works for me. His body warmth will help against your abdomen or your back.

great advice. one more --- elevate your hips about 9 or 10 inches above the rest of your body when you're lying down.

yes, the pill will fix all those things!

ha ha I dont have a guy so yah that wont work but I have my dog he lays beside me and hes really warm.

You should take birth control it makes you gain weight too =)
