Period, girls only!

Hey I'm 13 Years Old, And I Started My Period For The 1st Time July 2nd, And After 6 Days Which was July 8th there was no blood at all, but this morning I woke up and had cramps and started around 4:00 pm please help im really shy and aint going no where...

PLEASE HELP is this normal or not?

very normal.. don't worry.. and if your period seems a little off (supposed to be every 28 days) or you may even skip a month or have two a month, that's also very normal. it can last the rest of your life or it can be just because you've just started. it's called an irregular period which is actually pretty common... I have irregular period.. I find it a bit better than normal actually.. I get some months free!! ^_^

and yes, it's normal to start bleeding again.. you should aways keep a pad/tampon on until two days after your last spotting.

it is normal for the first couple of years after starting your periods. After that if you havnt settled into a regular cycle it is best to check up with your doctor. It can take a while for your body to adjust to changes in hormones and what they are causing. If you dont have 2 weeks free from bleeding out of the month you should speak to the doctor as well- if it happens again over the next couple of months. But should be fine happy
