Period cramps

k whenever I get my period, I have reallly bad cramps, but like, also, other parts of my body hurts too, like it aches . mostly my shoulders and my lower back, is there anything I can do to help make this go away or make me feel better? :\ sad

I take motrin.
im dyying right now of this. I never had cramps like this before. im seconds frm crying .I cant move at all.

I ususally just take motrin. I think it works good for mee.

Wow, I had that couple days ago. Take midol, But if it hurts under your right boob, right there where your rib is thin its your gall bladder. Because I had KFC and it hurt so much after I ate it. Then I look on line and it said gall bladder. I went to my doctor yesterday and he said yeah its the gall bladder.

I had the same problem for a few years but if you go down to the doctors and ask them to put you on a conteceptive pill. Its makes the pain go altogether and some pills can stop your period altogether but ask your doc and choose which is right for you. But if you go on the pill its also wise to use other contreceptive methods such as condoms because for one it protects against STI's and if your on the pill and start being sick or have the runs the pill will NOT protect against pregnancy. Dont get embarrased about going to the docs because they deal with much worse. I was 14 when I went. xx
