I would put pepsi in a bunch of cans of coke and give it to other employees and see if thay notice lol

I highly doubt you'd get fired for it, but they'd probably give you hell, as that makes a bigger statement.

If you do something like that, you're doing something you KNOW is going to make people angry, and that kind of attitude has no reason to be found in the workplace.

I know a guy who works for Pepsico and when on business trips they aren't even allowed to dine in restaurants who serve Coke instead of Pepsi products.

I work in a building with various marketing companies. Sometimes the company on one floor will do work for Coke so their soda machines have only Coke products while the company in another floor has Pepsi for a client so their soda machines have Pepsi products. There is always the elevator if you want to enjoy another floors drinks though.

I doubt drinking Pepsi when working for coke or vice versa would be grounds for dismissal but no doubt it would raise a few eyebrows.
