Q: What does it mean when people say "She looks like the Amazon"?

A: usaully amazon is slang for an abnormaly tall woman.

A: I always thought Amazons were somewhat brutish and war driven. Also people may be referring to their breasts looking uneven lol.

A: An amazon refers to a tall beautiful and exotic woman. I have never heard it said in a bad way.

Amazonian women are strong, powerful warrior-women. They are independent and don't rely on men. So in making that statement, people mean she looks masculine like a warrior.
