It it ok for a 14 year old boy to have a 6 inch penis? Is this normal? Abnormal?

its normal!!
I was told that adult men have an average size of 6.5 inches.

It's normal for any age. Just because you're young doesn't matter if it's average. It doesn't grow after you hit puberty. You're at your full size and it's average so there's nothing to worry about.
