im 16 years old and mine is like 4' soft and around 6.5' hard and pretty big around, is this normal or small or what for my age?

yes it is a good size for your age...the average good size is about 6 inches when hard...so you are about .5 inches more than average so thats good...it may or may not grow larger but it sure is a good enough size...don;t be trippin about it

size doesn't matter. it's what you do with it. and at 16 that shouldn't be much.

im 16 and im almost 7.5 in ( I swear no exagration) and most girls that I have been with thought I was big enough but me being a guy I always doubt their answers.
