What does it mean when a pen*s is alittle crusty around the head, does it mean he recently jerked off or had sex?
Just wondering!

It doesn't sound normal. You should see a doctor.

If you are uncircumsized, it could just be built up smegma from not keeping up with hygiene. It's best to check with a doctor to know for sure.
