Its called the circumcision line. Basically one have is where it was sown the other bit is the more sensitive skin, The skin has lots of nerve endings but the more pink skin lacks a bit in them..

That is a scar from your cirumcision. Have you ever noticed how much more sensative the skin is between the scar and the head (mucocutaneous tissue)? That is the same skin your inner foreskin was made out of so just think how good it would feel to have more of that skin.

No you know why in the late 1800's the used circumcision as a cure to prevent masturbation.
