Sorry gang, no muscle and no fat.. It is basically a tube containing several internal tubes.
There are 3 internal tubes that are filled with a spongy tissue that can fill with blood and cause an erection. There is also the urethra which is a small tube that pee and sperm go through. And there are veins and arteries. The rest is all connective tissue to wrap it all together.
Oh, and there are NO bones in a boner.

Have fun and Stay safe!!
Good Luck!!

It has both fat and muscle in it, but it's also got a lot of spongy erectile tissue.
