There are many places you can get your face and ear peirced, how long does it take for a Monroe, your inner ear, and those kind of small holes on the top part of your ear that you put barbells through.

haha...I thought that about the belly ring, it was so painless, I know that's going to painful BUT, I'm willing to face something I hate to have something I like, I have to decide what peircings I want first though.

your question is kinda confusing =s but as of the healing time for a scaffold piercing (the 1 you pictured) can be any where from 8 - 16 weeks depending how well you heal and cleaning etc.

as for a monroe piercing they heal in 4-12 weeks with the same stuff as above

different people have different opinions on the pain levels of the scaffold my girlfriend had it and proclaimed it didnt hurt much I havent got it done myself but I do have the top part of my cartlige in the place were the bottom of the scaffold would be and I though it hurt a lot =( but maybe thts just me so good luck but remmber no pain no gain =)
