Um I would think a needle going through your tongue would hurt =/ at least a little bit...

I just got mine pierced august 3rd. NO. you cant even feel it..but whenever you initially pull the new tongue ring back into your mouth it feels weird as hell..mine never hurt it was just extremely uncomfortable for about 2 weeks afterwards. Like I could only eat soup and maccaroni in fears of biting the tongue ring. eat popsicles that helped my swelling. I love it now though..I wouldnt change it!

it doesnt hurt when you get it done but the next day when you wake up it will be verry swolen. it will hurt for about a week or a couple days more but mine was good in like 5 days. it is completely worth it just take it easy and eat stuff like apple sauce and potatos for a couple days after you get it and dont be stupid like me and try to eat stuff like steak like I did it will hurt really bad. but its not that bad

it doesnt hurt at all, eating hurts a little but afterwards so you have to eat soft food for like a day or two... I have a pretty low pain tolerance and I didnt feel any pain at all when I got my tongue pierced

I got my tongue pierced two weeks ago today. It depends on your pain tolerance. For me, it didn't hurt, it only made me scared. After the fact when you have it you must put so much ice on it, keep it cold so the swelling goes down. It depends how well you take care of it, and god forbid... don't use listerine with alcohol in it, I use Oral B.

I just got mine pierced today. I had it pierced before. It does sort of hurt when you get it pierced, especially if the guy piercing it holds the needle in your tongue for like 2 minutes to open the stud so he can stick it through. Other than that, it really depends on how well you take pain. I have 5 tattoos but I would rather get tattoos over a piercing any day. Piercings are too much trouble...
