I have my tongue peirced and I want to get something else pierced now; could anybody give me any ideas. something that a parent wont get mad over (like a tounge ring xD)

get ear piercings... I dont think parents get mad over that kind of thing. Atleast MY parents didnt freak out over it.

Mmmm I'd say ear (cartilage) morse spacefically, it's the safest choice I think cause I don't think your parents would get mad about that one, plus it looks really nice and cute. but please wtv you do don't get your eyebrows pierced casue I heard some really scary stories about those ones, some things that happned to some people etc!!

I assume you have already pierced your ears?
You could get a belly button piercing, or maybe a nose piercing, depends a lot on the parents in question.
