There is this girl who wants me to run away with here to a different state..
I dont want to.
I just said I would...
But I dont want to get on her bad side.
I want to be her friend!
What should I do?

First off you should never had agreed to do something just to be someones friend!! You are going to have to tell her that you really don't want to.

Say that you are sorry, but that you do not want to go with her and run away. You can still be her friend even if you do not want to do the same things as her. Just be friendly.

The friend obviously has some issues going on or she wouldnt want to run away in the first place. If it was me I would tell her that you dont want to run away but you still want to be her friend and you will be there for her if she needs to talk. I bet she really needs a strong shoulder to help her thru a tough time.

tell her you dont want to go, and if she dosnt respect your wishs she was never your friend to begain with. period.
