Will this routine help my pectoral development?

I was wondering...

My work out consists of push-ups, diamond push-ups, decline push-ups, and incline push-ups. I also to dumbbell flies and dumbbell press. On occassion I do Bench Press. I probably do this routine 4-6 times a week. Do you think these simple things will give me results? My results I was hoping for are pecs as said by the title.

Thanks for the help!

It will definitely help your pecs but you need to exercise the muscles opposite your pecs so you don't get injuries. Work out your lats, which are the largest muscles in your back.

It's also a smart idea to do total body work outs to keep your whole body lean. Working your legs and your abs will burn the most fat because the muscles are larger. For every pound of muscle you gain, you burn an extra 50 calories a day just to maintain the muscle.

Hi, yes is will help muscle strength and endurance. You should also use cardio, aerobics, anerobics and flexibility for best results. Good luck, you'll enjoy it. I love it.
