Can there be peace on earth?

what is peace
prove its existance when there are disagreement everywhere

The only way all of the worlds people would ever get together is if they were faced by a larger outside force. Even then I would highly doubt all of us working together.

War is human nature and because of that there will never be world peace.

Peace comes from some of the most known activists like Mohatma Ghandi or Mother Theresa. Martin Luther King also believed in peaceful rallies. So there is proof. World peace will take God's miracle. Not impossible just hard to attain.

I think there are two different types of peace between nations. Peace can be thought of as the absence of war. For example, peace currently exists between the United States and Russia, and between the ethnic factions of Bosnia-Hercegovina, in the sense that there are no open hostilities. However, the other type of peace is a genuine friendship and mutual goodwill between nations. This type of peace is rare in the world. It can exist only if both governments and people in both nations want it.

There can never be true complete peace on Earth while animals and humans still live here. Why everyone thinks that's such a bad thing is beyond me. That's just the way things are. As for peace between countries, that won't happen until stupid people stop hating on other people for stupid reasons.

If there was peace on earth we'd still be swingin' in the trees... lol
