Pc prob.

my gosh thank you so much for the info but being an extreme novice in the area of pc. half of what you said to me went right over my head. I know I have a 56K modem. and am not sure if that is what you were refering to when you said the speed. I have had a prob. with the dsl since I first installed it. I have my pc connected directly to the dsl. but my husbands is used by the router. I guess I have to find someone who can actually sit and play with this entires system for the day. dell doesnt seem to help and verizon. puts the blame on dell. its a catch 22. no one seems to know the answer. I thank you for taking the time and trying to help me. will keep you in mind for any contracting questions. I might have. I am a bit of a do it yourselfer. honestly, can say I do more then my hus. have almost every tool invented. not a pro at it. but for a woman I think I hold my own. again. thanks so much. and god bless hope you get this not sure how to answer a question.

Hmmm.... Unfortunately yes you are right about the poor tech guys on the phones. They are underpaid and yelled at all day long. And unfortunately most of them couldn't start their own pc without the FAQ files they cite their vast knowledge from. The result is misdiagnosed problems constantly.

Having an on site tech will shorten the time involved, Drastically! Thanks for the praise I suppose. If you need any help I can respond within a day.
