How would I connect my hp desktop computer to my regular tv? It has the rca cable connections and a s-video connection. 04 durabrand tv

Eesh, why would you want to? The picture result would be eye-straining. An analog TV can't produce resolution greater than 640x420, which would make for a painfully fuzzy image.

But if you really wanted to, make sure your computer's video card has the same kind of connections as your TV and buy the appropriate cables. If your card's connections and your television's don't match, you'll need an adapter. If you don't have a card at all and your video source is an integrated chipset, you'll need a video card.

By the time you get done buying cables, card, and adapters, of course, you could have gone a long way towards buying a flat-screen tv.
