What is the best software to use to balance all business books as well as manage payroll? There are so many Payroll Software programs available that I am not sure which one to choose and I would liket to make the right decision from the beginning. I have...

noticed that some programs are very expensive whereas others are much cheaper. Are there any smaller companies that offer any payroll software that may be cheaper than the bigger companies?

We're using Quickbooks for our payroll, accounting, and financial management. Previously we tried out an online solution, and we also looked at using the Microsoft software, but it seems like for our business 99% of the people we asked about payroll accounting said they use quickbooks.
