What are patterns for a small dog sweater?

I need a pattern for a small dog to make a sweater for the poor bugger, he is always shivering now that is winter. Any ways I have a long sleeved shirt, a couple scraps, and stuff like that,,, and I may make a sweater for my cat to, so patterns for that would be alright to, if not the same, and I am going to sew them, (dont have a sewing machine so doing it free hand)
