Passing employee drug tests

Does anyone know the quickest way to get meth/ice out of system to pass drug test?
The quicker the better!!

The only reliable way is to quit with enough time to get it out of your system. A friend of mine tried a few of those "cleanse" products, tested positive (for marijuana) despite this, and lost her job.

Think of it as a chance to start over.

I beg of you...please stop using these drugs. They destroy your body, your mind and your relationships. Get help.

Meth is out fairly fast. 24-36 hrs. Pot takes between 3 days (light once a month user) and 8 WEEKS (heavy, habitual daily user).
Meth will mess you up permanently. Most of pot's effects disappear 6-9 months after you quit.
Both can get you fired (or jailed).

Meth doesnt take long.

Many druga you can just drink water until a few days before the test.
This will get it out of your system. The thing with water, is if you drink water until the test they will figure it out because some other stuff is dilluted. So stop drinking heaps once you are within a few days worth of the test.
