be taking urine test in about two weeks as part of a federal project we won.
I am a black male 35 years old 200 lbs and in fairly decent shape. I was (3 years ago) 320 lbs and have been successfully keeping the weight off. I don't exercise but I am naturally active. I golf, and sometimes bike ride (20-30minutes 2-4x aweek).
with my size and frequency of use, do I have anything to worry about in an urine test procedure.
I know the whole its stored in the fat cells deal. Is there a proven way for me to burn off the fat cells in which its stored to get below the standards of a DOT urine test.
I have approx 20% body fat.
