well at my parties at about 12 we turn off all the lights turn on the black lights and party bulbs clear all the furniture out throw a bunch of glowsticks and dance our asses off

I would have the alcohol and the drugs.
It does make a difference on how your party comes out.

drugs and alcohol are horrible choices, especially at a party.. you should plan the whole thing out and be sure that no one comes in uninvited... sounds dorky, I know, but you wanna make sure your party is safe and fun for everyone.
