Well if you have any highschool bands that will play a show for yall for a little cash that would be cool;if not dj! if yall thinking about getting drunk man I would get some drinks, depends if you haveing it at a house I would hang some lights and other decorations if yall have a pool some where?? that never fails!

well well lucky guy. man I would def. get a band half the party dj other half.
you should watch some sweet sixteen shows lol.
just get some cool stuff like some dancers and stuff for teh party. First I would get a Theme, as him what he likes?
