How can I find a way to not move with my parents?

Hey, my parents, brother, and I went on a trip to New York this week and my dad has a chance to get this job. From what I understand is it looks like he is getting it. It's in a different state! I really dont want to go I talked to my mom today. I asked her if he is goign to get the job and she said looks like it. She really doesn't want to go but they are married and she already said if he goes then she has too. He asked her last night if she will move there with her. my sister is almost 19 and she moved out and is living with my grandpa, the house is to full for me to move in. Im almost 16 and I can get emancipated. I told my mom today that I wasnt wanted to go and that if we do move that Im not giong. I was balling and she saw that I was serious. I just got my life on track!! It sucks because I know that we have a big posibility we are goign to go and I dont want to go. I told he and she knows that I really dont want too. I mean I am only in high school but I am taking up Nursing and Sports Medicine. I go for my CNA license next month. I have a boyfriend that I love too death. He even offered to take me in if he was allowed. I trust him because I have known him forever. I talked to my mom about letting me stay with someone but she cant think of anyone she can trust enough. She likes my boyfriend but the thing is he is going to be 19 next week and yea they can sign papers for me to stay with him and his parents dont want me to go because this is the happiest they have seen him. My mom doesnt really trust anybody with us but I know that he wont do anything happen to me and his parents already said if mine allowed I can stay with them. I just dont know what to do, if anybody has any advise let me know please. Let Im not a bad kid at all I am a honor student, my class president and a peerleader. So my parents trust me but she just doesnt want to leave me. I understand but she has to leave me sometime. I have been taking college classes and I have my life under control and I graduate high school in 09, so I really dont want to go.. HELP ME!

You mentioned a number of alternatives - I would sit down with both parents and go over each to see if they're agreeable..maybe some type of compromise (if you do this, I'll do __)..if none are agreeable, your Dad is indeed the Head of the household - He has the families best interests at heart..you'll be in that position sooner than you think..Good luck !!
