A pap smear is simply a sample taken by rubbing/scraping your vaginal walls and then testing the sample for abnormalaties in the vagina. It can detect cancer and other things and is important to have done once you are 16, every 6 months for the rest of your life. Whether or not you have had sex has nothing to do with getting a pap smear.

So make an appointment and start taking care of your health.
