how do I tell my mom that I have vaginal discharge and I need to use pads or pantiliners because everytime I try to tell her that I need them I can't do it I get all flustered any ideas on how to talk to her bout that???

write it to her in a note, or send her an e-mail... thats what I do all the time when I cant speak it... im not an upfronf person, if there is a provblem and mom wants to talk ill write everyhing I say down... it makes me feel safer
