Paler skin? please help!

Asked by tawnyx over 3 years ago, 9 answers.

I've been searching the web on how to make my skin paler using products that I could just find around the house (meaning, not using any store-bought products).

I dont have any buttermilk around. so I cant bathe in that.
so if anyone could tell me how...

I can get pale skin,
please tell me.

Thank you happy

Look what happened to Michael Jackson, he turned into a mummy. Haha, kidding. Why do pale-skinned people rub orange shit into their skin to self-tan artificially, and dark-skinned people soak in milk shit to bleach themselves? Why do straight-haired people always want to curl their hair, and curly-haired people strain it? What you don't have always appears better. By this logic, you'll NEVER be happy, because there are way more things that you don't have than things you do have. Just accept yourself for who you are. If you are insecure about yourself, how do you expect others to take you seriously? A self-confident person is always respected more than an insecure one. Confidence is one of the sexiest characteristics for either men or women. This is what mother nature gave you, this is you. Accept it and love it, and others will love it too. Think about all the pale people who fry themselves in the burning sun risking skin cancer just to look like you.

I agree with the above poster. We come in different colors but they are all beautiful. I'm very white, and people say I should tan. But I don't want to waste time, money, or get skin cancer so I am never going to go tanning. You need to realize that you are beautiful as you are.

I agree, I'm half black and have obviously have brown skin and I looove it. Being naturally dark-skinned makes you stand out, so don't try to fight it. Your beautiful regardless of how light or dark you are. Besides, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH DARK SKIN, I TAKE OFFENSE TO THAT!!!

I agree that people should be okay with their appearance, but the truth is...who is? Everyone wants something better. I myself would like to have paler skin and i would also like to know how to get paler with just household products. I am goth so that would probably explain why i love the look of pale skin. I tan very easily and i love to be outside which isnt well for my want for pale skin. But i deal with it and try to find ways to keep from tanning, so if anyone wants to answer this girls question which is really all she wants then if you have ideas for her question, then please type up anything you think you can help her and others who would also like to know how to do this. Thank you. And im glad someone asked this question, because i know many people who would like to do this, and i am one of them. B-bye.

I'm quite against tan's and I've always had unnaturally pale skin. Tans are just...burnt skin. And gross. D:

Try wearing high SPF sunscreen all day and reapplying at least twice - even if it's seriously cloudy out. UV rays are still present. ;]

Mix cream, flour, a little lemon juice, and your high SPF sunblock and wear it as a facial mask once, maybe twice, a week. It helps lighten your skin. Milk baths help, like, two cups of cream in the hot water. Hmm...stay inside more?

A mask of turmeric, olive oil, and chickpea flour help too and can be worn daily. Some people say add rubbing alcohol to these, but I have extremely sensitive skin, so I don't. It hurts your skin. Blech! Lemon juice is hard on the skin sometimes, too, but small amounts are alright. Wash it off if it burns or feels hot! 15 minutes for both. ;]

Here are a few natural, easy-to-make recipes that might help you. I think that if she wants to be paler, we should help her. It's her choice and if she feels that she would like to be pale then let her be pale. This is an answering site not a persuade-her-to-do-what-she-wants-NOT-to-do site. Comment and help, or don't comment at all.

Anyway, here are the recipes:

• Recipe #1: Juice of half a lemon and half a cucumber, and a pinch of turmeric.
• Recipe #2: Equal parts of honey and almond paste (soak almonds overnight in water, peel in the morning, make a paste).
• Recipe #3: 2 tbsp gram flour, 1/2 tsp lemon, 1/2 tsp milk cream, plus a pinch of turmeric.
• Recipe #4: Equal parts of sandalwood powder, lemon juice, tomato juice, and cucumber juice.
• Recipe #5: 1 tbsp bleaching powder, ½ tbsp hydrogen peroxide, plus a few drops ammonia.
• Recipe #6: 2 tsp fuller's earth, 1 tsp 20 volumes peroxide, 6 drops of ammonia.
• Recipe #7: Ground dried orange peels, plus enough milk for a paste.
• Recipe #8: 2 tbsp cucumber juice, ½ tsp glycerin, ½ tsp rose water, 1 tbsp lemon juice.
• Recipe #9: Equal parts of fresh coconut milk and fresh pineapple juice.

They are pretty easy and although they sound kinda gross, they DO work, I find that the best ones are the recipes containing tomato or lemon but it depends on what works for you... GOOD LUCK!
