What are these searing pains in my hips?

I've not had a period for 3 months. but have done bout 7 preganacy tests and they all said NO. but suddenly I've started having searing pains and dont no what it is. its not my stomach its my hips and the space in between. can anyone tell me what could be happening please.

u could have cysts or it could be your appendicts..
you should really go and get yourself checked out by a doctor...

you shouldn't be having period for 3 months..
get a blood test to check your blood level...
